 Ken’s academic achievements include numerous papers, many published, reviews and reports, text book and encyclopaedic articles and joint authorship of a book on Radioisotopes and their use in Diagnosis. He was a member of the American society of Nuclear Medicine, a Fellow of the Institute of Physical Sciences in Medicine, an Honorary teacher at the Welsh National School of Medicine, and an Internal Examiner for the diploma in Medical Diagnosis. At the end of his career he was a Consultant Physicist for Nuclear Medicine.
Ken was involved with Tools for Self Reliance and Workaid for many years, collecting and renovating tools. He has always been active and a proud teetotaller. Ken was married to Maggie for fifty eight years and have two daughters and six grandchildren. He was a Christian with a strong faith and the church was very important to him. Ken and Maggie enjoyed each place they lived in and visited, had many great experiences in their travels and made friends all over the world.
